  Quick ship from Canada which I appreciated. Good price! Could have been packed a bit more securely as the package sustained damage in shipping. The item as sold as is - but the post the arm sits on in the base was broken and half as tall as it should have been. It was not pictured separately. Now I know why the price was so good
