  Item received, seen that this is my second purchase of this item and there was no issue I was not expecting any issues but not happy with the condition it was in, this was meant to be given as a present but the box is damaged this was not mentioned in your description please see picture sent.

  Our item was supposed to be delivered on the 16th so when you get a message from royal mail stating its been delivered with proof of a photo that looks like a smudge you go ballistic, the actual time it got delivered was today 17th July 2025 we won't be back based on this experience nothing against the seller but the answer we got wasn't good enough.

  the seller is very, very decent, unfortunately the goods arrived with a defect not due to the seller's fault, but due to the warehouse's fault, but the seller was constantly in touch, apologized and returned the money very quickly, I think this is an isolated case, so I highly recommend them, they value their reputation
