  I needed a Genuine switch, these Guys forgot to post it, lucky I am not in a hurry. But if it was for a Customers vehicle, it would be totally unacceptable. Ebay say they guarantee postage within 3 days, they obviously don't follow up on their promises, seems like their cut is money for nothin.

  messaged seller after a couple of weeks asking why item wasn't posted. They responded back saying they had some personal issues. Then eBay refunded the payment because they hadn't posted the item

  I wasent able to receive it within the time frame that was given to me. I tried contacting the seller and update me about the suction valve for an 1KD, but they wouldn’t respond.

  I bought a waste gate from this seller and the sent me a defective parts. When I ordered the waste gate Tial style, after 2 weeks I contacted them to track my parcel as they don’t gave me a tracking number and they said they don’t stock this parts anymore, but still available from their Ebay store. They sent me a replacement but unfortunately when tested air is leaking from the shaft and Diaphragm. This is unpleasant and unfortunate. I’m very disappointed with the service, plus defective parts

  after more than a week after max delivery date left complaint and almost 2 weeks later found marked as refund no communication at all
