  The seller was very prompt and responsive. It was shipped out the same day. The item was as described in great condition. Great value. Although it could've been packaged better, the item did arrive safe and undamaged. I'd recommend this seller.

  Ordered the 2025 iPad Air and received the device and accessories in new-like new condition, and the box appeared to be damaged and was opened, but had no effect on what was inside (as per the description). Description was 100% accurate to what I received and would 100% recommend and buy from this seller again! Also the shipping was really quick from the mainland to Guam (took less than 4 days).

  Il prodotto ricevuto è conforme in ogni parte all’annuncio di vendita ed è praticamente perfetto (se non per 2 piccolissimi ammacchi sullo spigolo laterale e frontale ma letteralmente invisibili)arrivato imballato correttamente e a prova di corriere!Avendo acquistato in Italia ho dovuto pagare a parte lo sdoganamento ma il corriere FedEx mi ha seguito in ogni operazione e hanno provveduto ad inviarmi ciò che serviva!Comunque raccomando caldamente questo venditore e di sicuro riacquisterò da loro

  Excellent overall experience. Great price, the item came on time, was packaged with care, and is in the exact condition described. I didn't have any issues, so I had no need to contact the seller. I'm sure seller would have helped me had I needed it, however.

  Excellent customer service prior to the purchase — they answered all my questions promptly and provided detailed information about the product. Shipping times were great; the laptop arrived even sooner than expected. The condition of the product was exactly as described — almost like new!   Mac Studio purchased from iPowerResale used for one week. It is working perfect. Came packed in NEW condition. At this time I could not be happier. The price was the best and customer service was prompt to respond to my questions. Only thing that I have to mention is it came with a 90-day warranty instead of a one year warranty as stated on iPowerResales website. customer service said Mac's get 90 days WRTY bought on EBAY. 1 year on iPowerResal site. Would suggest buying from website
