  Had a slight issue with delivery but this was not the sellers fault and was resolved. In reached out and they were quick to respond and helpful. The item I received also seems high quality and although mentioned it was opened looks as if it is new. Would definitely recommend this seller.

  This is the first time in years I see good business practice. This item was sold as used, and I was sent what seems to me a brand new, fully packaged item. If it was used, I cannot really tell. Underpromise and overdeliver guys, this is the secret to success, along with good customer service. These days, this has totally gone unchecked by most businesses out there.

  Great quality bracket, very sturdy, good clear instructions. Excellent value for money. Only downside was courier service, which was changed twice, with a no show after waiting in for the delivery, no text or message to say delivery had been changed again until the following day. But that's not the seller's fault. All in all very pleased with the t.v bracket.

  I ordered two TV bracelets but changed my mind to have only one. Contacted supplier and I have to say their after sale service is excellent as they not only amended the order but also processed the refund straight away. In addition to this I requested to change the delivery date twice due to some unexpected issues and they accommodated my request without any condition.
