    Amazing customer service. Bought a number of small articles (~30) to be delivered to the Netherlands from the UK. eBay counted delivery for each item separately (even though the whole purchase would obviously be sent in one small envelope!), amounting to ~£60 and also extra custom duties of ~£20, making it 2.5 times more expensive and completely impractical. Contacted the seller. In an instant they made a combined listing for all my items, and the problem was solved. Best shop ever! Thanks!
