  Canceled with no messages and it took over well over week before they canceled. (Not to mention I had beein waiting for this item to be available for sale for months since it kept saying seller was away) also I sent a message to the seller and never recieved a response. Disappointing as well as unprofessional. Could have atleast sent me a message saying sorry for the delay but I don't have the item. Just nothing. I would not recommend this seller.

  Excellent transaction all the way around - great price, extremely fast shipping and the packaging was phenomenal! seriously! The box could have fallen off the delivery truck while going 70mph, then side-swiped by a bus and later, used in a soccer match, the mug wouldn't have had a scratch or crack!

  500 characters is not enough space to describe the care and customer service Amanda and her business provides while doing business with them. From start to finish, they’re communication was swift and very clear. They went above and beyond with making sure I got exactly what I wanted and even more so when packaging my mugs.
