  They sent me the wrong item. I messaged them and told them they sent the wrong item, and I asked if they would overnight the correct item. They proceeded to tell me they sent what I ordered, and they said I could keep it for a $15 refund or return it. I told them I’d already initiated the return process. They didn’t respond after that. They didn’t apologize; and they didn’t offer to or send me the item I ordered.
