  After a failed first delivery (FedEx problem, nothing to do with the seller) I received the monitor. Extremely well packaged and condition exactly as described. Seller responded promptly to my communications regarding the initial delivery problem (package was stolen) and shipped a replacement unit straight away. Hopefully they were reimbursed by FedEx. Would definitely buy from this seller again.

  Very fast shipping.Tthe laptops arrived in just a few days. Packaging was fantastic, best I've seen in a long time. Custom expanded foam meant nothing moved in transit. The laptop looks immaculate. Exactly as described. Better maybe. Great value for the price. I contacted the seller prior to purchasing they directed me to another product they had which met my need even better. Amazing communication. thank you.

  Shipped quickly and good communicator. Packaged properly so no issues there. The item unfortunately had a faulty port but seller was willing to work with me towards a resolution. Overall I'm happy with the transaction and would buy from this seller again.

  Hadn't tried to use the HDMI port until recently. When I did, found that it was also faulty, so that's TWO faulty ports that were not in the original description. Highly recommend testing all ports for not just basic functionality but stability.
