I let the seller know and he provided me with a list of instructions and steps to do to remedy this, but it didn't help. I contacted the seller again and he immediately offered me an option to get a refund which I got a few days after. Very reliable seller who took responsibility for what had happened! That's what is called to buy with confidence! Would buy again.
