  After not receiving the item after three weeks of ordering, the seller was able to find the package was lost by the shipping company. The seller then offered to send a replacement at no additional cost. My experience was positive with this seller after realizing the issue was not of their doing

  I’m very disappointed with this purchase. I paid for the product in full over a month ago, but the seller shipped it using a COD (cash on delivery) service without my approval. When it arrived, I was asked to pay an additional fee that was more than half the cost of the item — completely unacceptable. I had no choice but to reject the delivery. I’ve contacted the seller multiple times, but instead of taking responsibility, they’ve only given me delays and no refund. Very unprofessional
