Without any questions, the seller immediately refunded my full payment and told me to keep the item. In the end, I felt bad! This seller took a loss to make me happy.

The way they packaged this was incredible. Layers and layers of bubble wrap, its obvious they took their time doing it right. They even filled the inside of the music box with bubble wrap, while avoiding catching any on the pins of the machine. Product was exactly as described and shown. I would've happily paid more just for how well they packaged it.
