  Excellent product and great instructional video offered by seller on how to 'recover dropped color' (ebay won't let me share the URL, but search youtube for InkProducts.com channel and video title: "How to prime the Epson Print-head using a Refillable Cartridge" I have bought refillable cartridges from this vendor for another printer over a year ago. Excellent transaction, shipping and product, excellent communication via email. Very satisfied. Recommend highly.

  A little bit of a problem in getting the printer to recognize the cartridges at first. However by following the enclosed printed instructions very carefully all is alright now. Long delivery time but not overly excessive. I would highly recommend the seller "Inkproducts Inc".
