  Item was shipped to buyer with confirmed delivery. Apologized to buyer for no communication and late delivery. Advised buyer that a family emergency occurred and was unable to contact buyer to expedite shipping of the item. Sent the item requested to buyer at no charge as buyers payment had already been refunded back to buyer. Customer service is our number one priority and we will take care of all of our customers
