  Item as described and well made, but shipping took too long (promised in as little as 4 days, took 15 days from order to shipping, and three weeks to arrive). I received no updates during this time, and had to reach out to the seller for information after waiting for 11 days. Better communication would have helped a lot.

  The item is listed, and the photo clearly shows a black jacket. It is NOT black, but brown. When contacted, they said, "That's what our black is." Really? Then why is the picture in the listing actually black??????
