  S19 not quite as described, it s the more rare S19i model, which is a problem since I planned to use BraiinsOS. Shipped fast, the box needed additional packing, but thankfully the miner still worked. The dismissive communication from a long-time ebayer made it worse, but they ended up sending a full refund out of the blue, so I m chalking it up to them having a bad time! That was above & beyond, I give them major kudos for doing so! I hope you get back on track & don t get discouraged! Thanks!!!

  The Braiin's firmware was autotuning the chips this is why the Red Light was blinking. It can take up to 24 hours to autune. I am happy to do a remote session to resolve the issue. In the future please contact me prior to leaving negative feedback. Miners are difficult to setup - If it bad I would happily replace it was in fact bad.

  Top left corner of the fan is broken. They said they would send them using UPS but they came USPS. I guess I have to change my address to not include the po box part. USPS doesn't deliver to homes in this area. still missing a few of the items I Ordered. I think I would use them again I just hope they use UPS next time.
