  Terrible transaction with this seller, ordered item which was shown as in stock, two days later received a notification the item had been dispatched. The next day I was advised the item was not in stock and I would have to either accept a replacement or cancel the order. I questioned this, but didn’t receive any reply. I was then advised that I had cancelled the order (I didn’t) and would be receiving a refund. Seller didn’t have the item and instead id being honest, blamed me - dishonest seller

  I'm sorry we cannot complete your order in time, and we have explained to you and correct our mistake on the quantity of stock immediately. However, we have to say it is because we are honest, we telling you the truth and hope you could source it from elsewhere rather than making you wait for long time then blaming the parcel might get lost. I'm sorry to cause any inconvenience caused.
