  Terrible transaction with this seller, ordered item which was shown as in stock, two days later received a notification the item had been dispatched. The next day I was advised the item was not in stock and I would have to either accept a replacement or cancel the order. I questioned this, but didn’t receive any reply. I was then advised that I had cancelled the order (I didn’t) and would be receiving a refund. Seller didn’t have the item and instead id being honest, blamed me - dishonest seller

  I'm sorry we cannot complete your order in time, and we have explained to you and correct our mistake on the quantity of stock immediately. However, we have to say it is because we are honest, we telling you the truth and hope you could source it from elsewhere rather than making you wait for long time then blaming the parcel might get lost. I'm sorry to cause any inconvenience caused.

  Ordered red but out of stock got email to reorder or choose a other colour if I wished ordered black came no problem Christmas delay but not seller’s fault was mine Would use again if needed to good service .

  Hard case was perfect for my MacBook Air and fitted easily. Was delivered earlier than expected . Seller could do with better packaging as postman rammed the package through our letterbox ripping the outer and inner packaging and scuffing the lid of the case slightly
