  I ordered this item and received within few days. Unfortunately the item had been damaged during transportation. I immediately reported the issue and within a day the seller kindly responded and asked for some photos. The next day my full refund including the delivery charge was processed. I like to thank the seller for his immediate greate customer care and professional manner of resolving the issue promptly. I most definitely feel assured to repeat business and give him 5 star

  Ordered two of the Tower of Treats, to go straight to the people receiving them. Items arrived the next day with DPD, well in time for Christmas, and I got tracking so I could keep an eye on them. Seller even wrote out a Christmas message for me and included it in the packaging, so recipients would know they were from me. Seller also left out the invoice so they wouldn't see the price - just an absolutely flawless service. Seller was also super communicative and helpful - FIVE STAR SERVICE ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Great seller, the delivery company took longer than expected (no fault of the seller) and I made contact with the seller who contacted them and I received a delivery date soon after so it’s very much appreciated. Great customer service

  The mixer arrived after a circuitous route (Parcelforce unable to deliver to chosen place due to lack of a code on address label). The box was a bit ‘worn’ looking (no outer box, bag or paper wrapping) but the mixer inside was brand new, undamaged and worked perfectly. Staff at cheaphut stayed in touch with me the whole time as I tried to track down the parcel and get it redelivered. They were polite and easily contactable and they seemed to genuinely care that I received the product ok.
