  Shipping was fine and the bracelet was as described just like the pictures. The value with the sale/coupon was too good to pass up! But the best thing of all was the packaging! Wow! Started with the silver package, then open to A bow on a Silpada box then i side the cutest tissue paper?!!! Amazing. An invoice , note and a coupon also arrived a great seller ! Bonus points!

  The seller didn t send the item, because upon further inspection, it was determined to be defective. My money was refunded promptly, and the seller sent a full explanation of the problem. I appreciated the communication and the full and timely refund.

  I'm so sorry for your disappointment, but I sent you a message along with the refund that I cannot sell it to you because as I inspect the item, part of the outsole lift off and I don't want to fixed a defect item just to sell it, hence the refund. I thought that you receive the message.
