  I had ordered two bottles of the polish remover and waited and waited and wondered what happened.. after checking I found out that it said my item had been delivered in my mailbox but I never received it ...it must have been delivered to somebody else's mailbox. I contacted the vendor and they were very courteous and prompt and issued a full refund back to me!, I appreciate their actions, very much!. Thank you

  Great seller; the first time they shipped it it got lost w/UPS somewhere. So when I notified them they said no problem, they would immediately send a replacement. Which they did & it arrived in a couple days w/out any problems this time! Would definitely buy again!!

  Prompt shipping, as pictured and advertised. However, communications could have been better as item was shipped from Amazon, which confused me when I received an Amazon package knowing that I hadn't ordered anything recently from Amazon. The package was consistent with what I bought on ebay so all good. Seller should let buyers know when their packages are coming from Amazon to reduce any confusion. Thanks! A+
