  Unfortunately the item received was not what was ordered, probably not seller fault as label on unit had the word HUB on it, which it should have been but wasn't. However on contacting them and sending some pictures, they agreed to refund IN FULL without any quibble. So very good Customer Service.

  Ordered Wednesday evening delivered Tuesday pm by Evri. Well packed. Gave 4 stars for 'description'. It matches the selling photos but the instructions in the box and selling photos are all for the USA mains adapter. It would be easy for the seller to amend the eBay description to say the UK Echo Dot plug-in adapter fits perfectly to avoid doubt. Instructions are poor. I made 4 or 5 attempts before I worked out how to fit the Echo Dot so that it doesn't fall out of this holder. I almost gave up
