  Everything about my purchase experience was top notch! My questions pre purchase were answered immediately. Shipping was incredibly fast and sunglasses were exactly as depicted on site. I WILL be purchasing again through this seller. :)

  Item is as pictured, but it's made in China, so clearly not authentic, which is disappointing. Delivered quickly, in good condition, but thought item was real Swarovski. Probably wouldn't have purchased, but will try to make them work for the high profile event they were intended for, as it is too late to find another option. Seller should probably add country of origin in description, which is currently not there, to help customers make a more informed purchase. Thank you.

  Ordered, got an email with a tracking #, estimated delivery date came, blew passed it. Contacted seller, they write back and call saying the sunglasses are still in the sellers hand. Says a lens is damaged and asked if they can replace the lenses with a blue color. I say yes that's fine just please send as they are a gift for my son before he leaves for school. No new shipment details, no way to track since the 1st tracking info was wrong. I think I got scammed.

  We inspect every item before shipping to avoid sending defective products. Since your order was the last in stock and had a damaged lens, we offered you the blue replacement you approved. The item is now shipped. We apologize for the delay but prefer this over delivering a defective product.

  The shades were well packaged. They would've had to make an real effort to damage these glasses. They look great and they arrived early. I hope this seller has the next pair I like. I will purchase immediately. Thank you for the great experience. Will be shopping with you again.

  These people are great! I need my item in a rush and even though the system didn’t charge me for priority shipping they sent it priority without charging me more to ensure that I got my item in the tight time frame I had. Will definitely buy from them again!
