  I usually don’t leave comments unless they’re positive or someone doesn’t try and make things right with their customers. With me it’s never about the money it’s about making things right with the customer. I reached out to let them know one of them was broken could they send me another one. They replied sure send them t back then we’ll send another one. I high would cost more than what I paid to begin with. I will not be buying anything in the future from these guys. Treat you customers right

  Excellent product, its new as described, base gap does not match with pressure but can be standing with out problem. Only details was that Retail box was disabled and wrapping my beautyful doll, if is for protections is nice, but personally I love receive my dolls inside of retail box, not wrapped, but again, if was by protect my doll, is nice.
