Tried messaging the seller twice to have the items sized personalized wheb I purchased it, as per the description, but there was no communication back. Got a standard sized item which is way too big for the person it's a gift for. Tried to message them when I measured it so we could work something out, and still havnt gotten any response.

The LEDs aren't rounded they're cut is strips so when the lights are on they look choppy. The wires are taped in the center with electrical tape and the rest of the stick is covered by some kind of vinyl with the led light cut out. I've tried messaging the seller for a refund for an inaccurate product description but no reply don't buy these. They look NOTHING like the picture.
