  I ordered from this seller based on the positive reviews. I did encounter an issue with delivery (package arrived empty, I believe something happened in customs and it was not replaced). Seller was willing to work with me if I wanted a refund or replacement. I took replacement since it was a gift and my dad really liked the jacket. It’s replacement arrived in less than a week(!) and in time for the Final 4 playoffs tonight. My dad was thrilled with the jacket-fit, quality, style. He loves it.

  Absolutely beautiful jacket everything I thought it was going to be and more very pleased very conscientious seller that was good communication when needed back and forth jacket was properly packaged to guard against damage or tampering was an excellent condition upon arrival and I thought the shipping was more than timely for the great distance that it came, halfway around the world in fact would definitely do business with this seller again, GREAT JOB !
