  The items were as described, they were new, well packed, and very quickly shipped. I mistakenly ordered 2 sets of 2 boxes, and when only one pair arrived, they were quick to offer either a refund or to ship the second set of boxes, at my option. I opted to have the second set of boxes shipped, and they sent them right out. Outstanding customer service! The boxes fit and function perfectly and are a good value.
