Contacted seller within an hour; however, they were already packed to go and the order couldn't be cancelled. They immediately started the process the return. On one of my recent orders I had a problem with loading the cartridge.. They instructed me of two ways I could override the process, but neither worked. They immediately refunded me the cost of the cartridge and I ordered a new one and got it very quickly. They went above and beyond to assist me. I will continue to purchase my ink from this seller as I have been very satisfied with them.
