  Once I saw this Chicago and Northwestern covered hopper by ExactRail with a road number I didn't have, I just had to buy it!! It was a great price ,too!! Everything was as described and pictured!   He was on time, packaging was superb, description was spot on, value was very good. Appreciate the handle with Care fragile stickers very much, a new package it very well.
