  Order and a shipping label was created on July 1 but item still hasn’t shipped contacted seller who apologized and would get item out on July 11 ups shipment but ups still hasn’t received item.

  Seller refuses to refund item and claims it was at ups.. ups never received the package and seller blocked me from making a claim with ups.. seller created a label and promised shipping over and over until deadline was passed for refund and refuses to refund or send the product I paid for also ebay is failing to step in and help with this matter so unfortunately have to do a charge back with my bank today I ll get my money either way but this seller should be banned from ebay as they are robbing

  The package showed delivery in a week from ordering but never had tracking information. I contacted the seller and he still hasn’t shipped it. He was VERY rude about it when I asked. We are going on week 3 and it’s still not here.
