  I am very pleased with my purchase from Ikea_Spares. Paul's communication, responsiveness, and friendliness. My order had some issues with transportation, though no fault of his, Paul was accomodating and helped resolve all of my issues. Now I have no excuses, I must build this bookshelf for my daughter! ;-) I would absolutely purchase should I need Ikea parts again. 10 out ot 10 recommend.

  As promised but my order shipped from IKEA so I think this guy just inputs orders into the IKEA spare parts website. That should be mentioned in the description since anyone can do that for free.

  Everything arrived in fine condition, I didn't like them being packaged in a cardboard envelope; while all 4 pairs arrived without damaged, during transport they could have been bent or crushed from parcels above them.
