  I received my package within seven days so pretty standard shipping. My package was securely packed, which I very much appreciate because it was an ornament. It was as described in perfect condition and I got it for a very great price. Definitely recommend buying from, keep up the great work!

  OMG! I am blown away by the outstanding customer service. The set was described as separated by color, already a good thing. But seller went farther. They separated the set by color AND part. On a set this big and complex that was quite the effort. Thank you, ihoyos. The set is in good condition, clean and unfaded. The shipping was timely. The packaging was effective. I would happily do business with this seller again. Shipping was inexpensive. I got great value with this purchase.

  The tankard's condition was just as described, and replaces a shattered one that our contractor knocked off the display case on our dining room wall. Now the collection is complete once again. It came well packed, and arrived in perfect shape after the journey. The tankard arrived in a timely manner, and while it seemed a steep price for the shipping (the cost to ship was about the same as the cost of the tankard itself), it made the trip across the country without mishap.
