  This was a bait and switch transaction. Based on the pictures and description we thought the item was the PlasmaPro with app access. The item came packaged in the correct box with proper instructions, but the product in the box was a lesser item called the Core-300. The item in the box did not match the packaging or instructions and is clearly the wrong item. We contacted the seller and waited the customary three days, but have not heard from them. Dissappointing business practice from seller.

  Seller was communicative and easy to work with and the item arrived in perfect working order. Item arrived well packaged. Aside from expected and minimal wear there was a small amount of adhesive reside that I was warned about and cleaned off easily. Price was generous and made it possible for me to own such a high-quality product. Would recommend the seller and will keep an eye out for future deals.

  Even know the seller mark the item as shipped it was never shipped & after seller insured me it was gonna be well packed to protect the item, out of nowhere my order was canceled & seller wrote that I agree to cancellation cause my address was incorrect which is FALSE I never got a message informing of this “problem” or trying to get a solution. I give you an opportunity regardless of the negative feedback but oh my lord god you deserve them all My address have always been the same & I buy a lot

  There was a delay in shipping due to the USPS but the seller was quick to contact and easily fixed the problem. 10/10 would recomend A++++++++ seller!

  I purchased an item marked as New. It was actually Open Box and missing ALL accessory items, without which the product is useless. No response to claim filed. This seller is deliberately misleading customers.
