  Item arrived next day as promised but the outer box had wear and tear and did not look 'brand new' as advertised. Contacted the seller with my concerns and got an immediate reply confirming the source of the item and to check the condition of the contents. Happy to say that the item itself was definitely brand new + unused, so really happy with the purchase. Highly recommend this seller for the super fast delivery and prompt communication.

  Very good customer service. The seller contacted me straight away, to tell me that there was a problem with the item I had ordered. Despite their best efforts, the issue couldn't be resolved, so they offered me a choice of any of their other similar items, price matched, as an alternative. My chosen alternative item was then dispatched and delivered very quickly.

  The seller didn't have the colour I'd ordered in stock but was quick to message me and offer an alternative (or a delay for the original. Good communication & quick delivery once it was sorted. The item is as described, works great & looks new.
