  JB Weld is a World renowned company for their excellent products. So having a small repair needing doing it was my first choice. The eBay seller fixra_uk replied to my message promptly and I received the JB Weld Original Professional Big 10oz Cold Weld Steel Reinforced Epoxy packaged impeccably. It arrived in perfect undamaged condition. It was also very good value for money considering that one would need an experienced welder to undertake the task which I managed without.   So after purchasing a good few paint cans from this particular seller and always receiving exactly what what described plus the paint cans being superb quality products unfortunately this time around my order although exactly as described got damaged in the post and had caused one of two paint cans inside the box to partly de- pressurise 😬 I contacted the seller straight away and received a response almost instantly with a prompt and professional resolution and a replacement was sent ASAP 🥳👍

  Didn't get product because of evri courier absolutely not the sellers fault but absolutely buy off this seller as they dispatch very quickly lots of quick replies and correspondence from them I have used this very product before but just make sure on postage selection you don't use evri they are hopeless and very poor customer regard ended up outbof pocket on a project due to completion delay but this seller is top notch and reliable will save and use again in the future

  I can commend this supplier despite the fact that there was a problem with delivery. This appears to have been a failing in the courier service rather than anything to do with the seller, who despatched the item promptly. I was provided with a no-quibble refund without delay. Sometimes problems do occur; but I cannot fault this seller, who responded well. I therefore commend their good communications and good customer service approach.
