  The seller, Wade, is terrific. I had a couple of bumps along the way with my purchase of a 7-piece dining room set, but Wade was responsive to all, including finding someone to assemble the furniture for me, when it unexpectedly showed up in boxes and refunding me half the cost for the assembly. (Assembly required was not included in the item description.)Shipping was quick: Ordered the item on a Sunday afternoon and it was delivered Tuesday. The furniture is high quality and beautiful.

  I have tried on a number of occasions to cancel this order they show that it hasn't even gone into production and they do not respond to my request to cancel this order! I attempted contact on 4 different occasions 1st 2 days after order was put in, 2nd 4 days after, 3rd was done 7days after payment and the 4th was today 10 days after purchase. Maybe this will get their attention!!!!

  I wanted to give the seller a 5 star rating because the product is really beautiful and the communication with the seller was really good. The problem is with the shipping. I tracked the shipment and saw that it reached the warehouse from where it should have been delivered to my address. It stood in the warehouse for 5 days until I contacted the company. I am not sure what would have happened but maybe the seller needs to use a different shipping company

  The seller delivered the furniture faster than expected. I must admit I was somewhat worried because I purchased the furniture based upon internet photos only. However, once I uncovered it, it was BEAUTIFUL! Awesome quality . I hope it's as durable as the ones I replaced. Thank you for a terric business experience.

  Five-Star seller! Received the item sooner than I expected. wade was a good communicator he call me a couple of times to let me know shipping was on the way. I Love the couch and loveseat, and definitely i will buy another one in the future . thank you wade.
