  I received this 12 pack of 46'' florescent light bulbs in unbroken condition. Maybe because of the way the bulbs were expertly packaged and the way the delivery driver handled the FRAGILE box. I only needed 2 bulbs for my 70-gallon tank. But because the price from this seller were much cheaper than anyone else, I ordered the 12 pack. Now I will have spare bulbs for many years. I would highly recommend this seller to anyone who needs 46'' aquarium florescent light bulbs. Good job guys. Thank You.

  Received the order in a timely manner unfortunately, one of the bulbs was broken, but that’s no surprise. They are after all lightbulbs going through the US postal… How come scissors are packaged in Fort Knox and lightbulbs are a shell of a box ..anyhow, this seller was very good in responding immediately and offering me a refund on the broken bulb, which I thought was very fair. After all it was not their fault that the bulb was broken. They packed it with a Styrofoam around the box. 5 stars

  Item is exactly as ordered. Packaging was great, USPS sent it to wrong place twice, this was not the sellers doing . Item was clearly marked with correct address. Finally received , items survived the ordeal , thanks to sellers packaging. Would buy from seller again.

  I ordered these parts, the shipping seemed excessive; ebay calculated shipping for 8 items at individual shipping price. I contacted the seller for reduced rate. They were agreeable. Items were packaged very well. I have had items shipped where there were ends or parts popping through the packaging. Not these! Also the seller packaged them on Friday, arrived next day. The shipping was reduced about half. 2 boxes; 85lbs each. Incredible! Well done :-)

  Shipped promptly. Box had appropriate packaging to protect item and prevent damage while in transit. Shipping cost was reasonable for such a large and heavy item. Listing’s picture and description were accurate. Price was very reasonable. Would recommend and deal with this seller again.
