    I had ordered from this Seller before so ordered from my order History and did not realise who the courier would be. Unfortunately parcel vanished after being sent with Evri and being scanned into their delivery depot.Followed by the usual nonsense tracking updates. Can't fault Seller at all who issued a refund very quickly. Sadly Seller is now out of pocket and neither of us has the Tape. (Ebay Take Note).

    This item didn't arrive, it was lost by Evri, I contacted the seller and they could see by the tracking that it was clearly lost, so sent out a replacement without hesitation. The replacement arrived the day after they posted it. Good seller, good communication, they sorted the issue quickly and professionally. I'd happily buy from here again. Thanks.

    My item was delayed. When I contacted the seller, a replacement was sent and arrived the day after I communicated with them. Well above and beyond my expectations. I recommend this seller. The tea lights come in 2 packs of 48 and an extra 4 were loose on top. Excellent value for money.

    Anything that sounds negative in this review is only about the delivery company. The seller was great and the communication was spot on. Great value and I would buy from here again. The delivery company however were below par again. I am not going to name the company as I am sure everybody has an off day but from now on I will be checking on who is delivering before I place an order.

    Exceptional service ftom seller. Ordered Thursday , delivered Friday ( unfortunately broken,) contacted seller immediately. Seller responded quickly. Replzcent sent and delivered Tuesday morning. Exceptional considering its low value. Would be very happy to buy from this seller in the future
