  Bong showed up in great condition. Unfortunately the bowl and down stem arrived broken. Let seller know with pictures and they got back instantly with they would be replacing them. Recieved the replacements within less than a week. Great seller, communication and service.

  Quality was excellent, the product arrived brand new and Unbroken. I thought the price was reasonable. And really it's the appearance is good but it's really more of a functional item. The seller however decided to put a little free gift along with the package and I really appreciate it you gave me an extra little fixture and a $5 coupon for my next purchase and when I'm ready to do so I will do that. I'll be back.
