  Initial item arrived with a missing part. After contacting the seller the missing part was shipped and arrived the next day. Very good customer service. Product seems good quality and as described. Happy with the cost of the item and my son is overjoyed.

  After an initial mistake in that they sent a child’s version rather than the adults version they recovered brilliantly. I contacted them to explain and they couldn’t have been nicer. They ensured that they sent out the correct version and it was again delivered within 24hrs. They also said to keep the incorrect item. Great communication and customer service skills. Anyone can make a mistake but it’s how, as a company, you deal with it that matters and they were brilliant. Highly recommended.

Appears to be good quality, ideal costume for a school performance. 5/5 performance from the seller- ordered Saturday morning and delivered on Sunday. I thought the £3.99 deliver was a bit expensive, but justified by the fast service!
