  Whilst stated as a 1st edition, 1st printing I'd already made out from the helpful photos that it was a 2nd printing before publication, so nothing lost. Despite that, the book arrived in good order and was packaged adequately in a bubble wrap bag (would always appreciate an inner wrap next time, especially as it had a long way to travel!). Thanks.

  As described. Shoes turned up today after obviously being delivered to a neighbor who didn't bother to delivery mail on Sundays, but all is well. Fair shipping fast shipping great packaging, and great value.
