It's nice to find a seller who knows their stuff, I received a reply giving me the exact info on how to stop windows 10 blocking its installation, Thank you very much for the assistance, excellent 5* service, first class seller, I rate this seller very highly.

    This seller is second to none. Asked a question about the product late Thur night got a reply early Fri morning ordered the item Fri morning and arrived by post Saturday morning. Works as it should do at a great price and so pleased to do business with this company. If only all eBay sellers were this good the marketplace would be a regular place to shop or for me anyway. Really hope this company goes far as it is so deserving to. Pity eBay only allow five stars as i would have given it seven.

I received a damaged package & NO ITEM in the Jiffy bag & I contacted the seller & he was useless because he told me it’s my responsibility to contact the courier company to make a claim but in fact it’s his responsibility to contact the courier company to make the claim coz he’s the seller & it was him that posted it & not me. I would avoid this seller because he’s absolutely useless & lack of customer care service & communication is terrible! Still no refund. AVOID
