  ebay has a very "interesting" feedback system. It shows "Optional" to rate the item but you have to rate the item in order to give the seller feedback. I used to leave the feedback to seller without rate the item. The worst thing is I can rate the seller with the star system but can't write any comment.   I recently bought 3 items from this store. We had a issue with the order being the incorrect item. The issue was due to the contents being incorrect from the manufacturer. I contacted the seller and was very pleased with the response. Return shipping labels were sent and new products were shipped. In the end the original order was reduced from 3 to 2 items and a refund issued to my credit card. Again great prompt service when the items were ordered and really great follow up.
