  Brilliant seller, communication was great. Good value and items appeared exactly as described and were very nicely packaged. Came with a fresh install of Windows and looks to be released from the previous company with no company lock. A few tweaks with Dell Command Configure and command prompt were done on each device to remove a company ownership tag watermark from the splash screen upon device boot-up, this was pretty straightforward and wasn’t a problem after a quick Google. A++

  Dell Poweredge T20 server received as described, in a working condition (motherboard, CPU, PSU, HDD trays) with minor scratches on case (as mentioned in product listing) for a good price. Great communication with seller and would buy again from same seller.

  The price-performance ratio for the firewall was good. It was shipped within one day of purchase. Unfortunately, Royal Mail or eBay lost the item during international shipping. However, contacting the seller and getting a refund went smoothly and was handled in an exemplary manner. Fast response times.

  Item arrived damaged in several ways during shipping. It could have been packaged better considering the distance it was coming. However I was prepared to order replacement parts for those that were damaged, and seller gave me a partial refund to cover these and cosmetic damage. I cannot test the server until the replacement parts arrive so we will need to see if there was other damage that wasn't apparent.
