  Absolute value for money. I bought 10 of the mop heads as they need to be replaced fairly regularly. I can't comment on communication as there was no need to communicate. Arrived by tracking post. I can recommend this Seller.

  I have received an amazing customer service - along with a real value for money purchase, from the eBay seller: iclean-eu of a real top quality Washable Hepa Filter Kit for a VAX Type 95 Bagless Vacuum Cleaner. These 2 filters are brand new, so therefore are in tip-top condition.   Item as described. Appears to be similar quality to the original and at a fraction of the price. Seems to have been dispatched straight away. But, delivery was 10 days (not 2-3) - this was due to Royal Mail (mis-routed?) Happy with the result.
