  The sunroof unfortunately arrived damaged during shipping, but the seller’s customer service was excellent. They responded quickly, were understanding, and issued a full refund. Things happen in transit, but it makes a huge difference when a seller is responsive and helpful. I’d absolutely buy from them again based on the way they handled the situation.

  Seller communicated well and responded quickly to my questions which prompted my purchase. The part that arrived had an issue and the seller was quick to offer a refund. Rather than a refund, or waiting for another part to be shipped, we were able to resolve the issue in a manner that was agreeable to both of us, which was helpful to me and my end customer who needed their vehicle repaired immediately. Bottom line: I would and will buy from this seller again.

  Sent me a complete different part then listed when i contacted seller he was rude & smart towards me stating oh the last letters doesn’t matter it’s same part etc well it does as half the electronic stuff doesn’t work on my truck since using the part he sent as it’s an older program product! I bought & paid for a “BC” he sent a “AC” it does matter! Terrible customer service

  this customers wrote us we explained the last letters are revision codes and the part itself is the same a revision code change can simple just mean a different supplier or a change in the plastic they use to make the case she agreed and installed the part messaged us and said everything works great then wrote us next day saying her key fob didnt work i tried to explain the key fob would need to be reprogrammed because they change the box then they flipped out and here we are with a neg SMH
