  Im happy w/the overall experience w/ this seller! They answered quickly & a few times as I had questions & wanted confirmation specs. They even called once to confirm the size I chose was shipping. Since it was a couple days delayed on shipping, they used UPS & the ring came 2 days later! I so much appreciate that & their patience. It is a beautiful new ring. I do wish I had known the back of band was super slim as I would’ve ordered a half size smaller. It is very sturdy tho & fair price

  they made up for the first ring being sent to wrong address. They look up order and found the mistake after I contacted them. They honored the order it is a great ring. It was ordered for my 42st wedding anniverairy, it came today. It is everything I wanted. I will order from them again. Also their customer service is great and good. They are a honest and great company to order from.

  Trying replace a pair of earrings that I loved and lost. Found them from this seller, who was extremely helpful with a million questions I asked before purchasing, as I bought from another seller and had to return. I was 99% happy and extremely excited for them. They looked exactly as pictured, not the case with the other seller. The 1% not happy- the clasp on the earrings did not function well. Per my local jeweler this is common and adjusted no charge. Seller would have refunded/exchanged.

  Very disappointed. Much, much, smaller than it appeared. Providing a comparison in photos would have left me more informed. I’ve attached a picture comparing the pendant to a U.S. penny and a U.S. dime. I will be returning. I believe the price was wat too high based on what was received. The packaging wasn’t all that impressive. The pendant was in an oversized baggy in a large box. Not very nice for presentation. I”ll start the return process tomorrow.
