  I love the ornaments I bought. They were packaged safely & arrived on time, which I appreciate. Before purchasing, I politely messaged the seller asking a question. I never received a response. A simple “no” would’ve sufficed if my request wasn’t possible, but my message went completely unanswered. I felt unvalued as a potential buyer.
