  I received a different size of this item, equivalent to the total quantity I ordered. The package was not packed well, and there was some minor but acceptable damage. The seller did not tell me in advance about the size switch, and when I messaged them, their response was condescending. I don't have a complaint, but I would not buy from them again.

  Ti never see the order in either my mailbox nor my door. The carrier app said delivered to my mailbox but this order can't fit in my mailbox and not delivered to my door either. I sent a message to the seller about the situation, he replied and said I should go and ask my neighbors. I order a lot of things and none of my order has been stolen before. I want my refund. I want to order from another seller
