  I am very happy with this transaction and this seller. The original item shipped had an issue which I reported so the seller immediately responded and sent me a replacement.   The chair was as described - a very lightly used chairs with minor marks on the arm rests. The chair was extremely well packed and arrived in four pieces - the swivel base, the casters, the post and the seat itself. Assembly was a breeze, with the most difficult part being installing the casters - not a huge deal. The seller included installation instructions. The only downside, and I suspect it was an oversight, was the communication - I wrote to them prior to purchase but got no response.
